Elizabeth Liming Joins Maestas & Ward Property Management Division

ALBUQUERQUE – Maestas & Ward Commercial Real Estate has announced that Elizabeth Liming has joined the company’s property management team.

Liming, a licensed real estate broker, will manage a portfolio that includes office, retail and industrial properties. Prior to joining Maestas & Ward, Liming served as director of property management at Grubb & Ellis | New Mexico, where she led a 19-person division that managed nearly 2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space. “We are so pleased that Elizabeth has joined our company,” said managing partner Steve Maestas. “Her expertise and experience in property management in Albuquerque and throughout the Southwest is a great fit for us as we expand our efforts in that area.” Liming, who has 13 years experience in real estate leasing and management, said she is excited to be a part of the company’s growing team of real estate professionals. “Maestas & Ward really has it all: top-producing advisors, professional and experienced staff and a solid client base.
