In 2008, Shelly joined NAI Maestas & Ward with more than 18 years of experience in commercial escrow and title insurance services having most recently served as a senior escrow officer with Alyeska Title Guaranty Agency in Anchorage, Alaska. In her current position as a key member of the office team, she specializes in office and office condominium sales and leasing. Shelly also specializes in the leasing and sale of school properties.

Shelly’s in-depth commercial transaction experience as a senior escrow officer often involved dealing with very complex and detailed title and legal issues that required complete and satisfactory resolution prior to the closing and funding of the commercial transactions. Her commitment to her clients, both sellers and buyers, and her ability to anticipate potential complications, thoroughly assess and remove significant transactional impediments, provided her clients with a high level of customer service and guaranteed successful outcomes for all parties.
