Dave has practiced commercial real estate since 1996 and joined NAI Maestas & Ward in 2003. He is the leader of the NAI Maestas & Ward office team. Prior to beginning his real estate career, Dave spent 13 years as an executive sales engineer for Square D Company, one of the nation’s largest electrical manufacturing firms. In 1982, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona.

His 15 years of experience in commercial real estate assisting clients with acquisition, disposition and leasing of all types of office and industrial properties has positioned Dave as one of Albuquerque’s most prominent real estate professionals. Heritage Home Healthcare, Kiewit New Mexico, Chickasaw Nation Industries and Smith Engineering are among his many clients. In addition, he markets some of Albuquerque’s most visible and premier office buildings: Jefferson Green (82,000 square feet), City Place (145,000 square feet), Pinetree Corporate Center (200,000 square feet), and Headline Pointe (60,000 square feet).

Dave currently serves as president of the Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico.
