Kino James has been active in the New Mexico Commercial market since 1989, and joined Maestas & Ward Commercial Real Estate as a partner in Febuary of 2001. Kino specializes in retail leasing and brokerage and is the exclusive tenant representative for Starbucks in New Mexico.

As a native of New Mexico, Kino has an excellent understanding of the community and utilizes that information to give clients the best service available.

Kino's membership affiliation's include; NAIOP, National Association of Office and Industrial Professionals, ICSC, International Council of Shopping Centers, CARNM, Commercial Association of Realtors in New Mexico and LIN, Leasing Information Network.

Outside the office Kino's interests are diverse, including landscape painting, golf, tennis, skiing and gardening.
