Dave Hill, CCIM, has practiced commercial real estate for more than a decade, specializing in office leasing and brokerage. Dave joined Maestas & Ward in 2003.

Dave serves on numerous committees of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as well as numerous other professional real estate organizations. In 2005, he served as president of the New Mexico chapter of CCIM.

He has been recognized by his peers with such honors as the 2004 NAIOP Vision Award, 2002 NAIOP Award of Merit, 2001 CCIM Marketing Deal of the Year award and 1996 Rookie of the Year. In 2004, Hill earned Maestas & Ward’s Largest Single Deal Award and is a frequent top producer for the company.

Dave, Karen Hudson and Keith Bandoni were honored with the CCIM Deal of the Week July 27, 2009 for their role in the Hospital Services Corporation (HSC) building purchase from the University of Phoenix.

Dave believes strongly in giving back to the community in both his professional life and personal life. He is an active member of his church and on any given weekend you will find him either coaching or supporting one of his four children in a sporting event of the season.
