Specializing in office leasing and brokerage, Dave Hill has practiced commercial real estate for more than a decade. He joined Maestas & Ward in 2003.

Dave serves on numerous committees of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as well as on the Economic Forum's Water Task Force and numerous other professional real estate organizations. In 2005, he served as president of the New Mexico chapter of CCIM. Dave earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member designation in 2002.

Dave believes strongly in giving back to the community in both his professional life and personal life. He is an active member of his church and on any given weekend you will find him either coaching or supporting one of his four children in a sporting event of the season.
