David Fite, a director with Maestas & Ward, has been with the company since December 2003. A transplant to New Mexico over 15 years ago, David's first career was in the wine & liquor industry where he enjoyed 17 years specializing in the restaurant side of the business. David has his BA in Selling & Sales Management from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

David excels in retail leasing, tenant representation with a focus on helping restaurateurs maximize their expansions and exit strategies. He has completed over 240 lease and sale transactions worth over $20,000,000.

David’s membership affiliations include; NAIOP, National Association of Office & Industrial Professionals; ICSC, International Council of Shopping Centers-2007/2008 State Director; CARNM, Commercial Association of Realtors in New Mexico; RBN, Retail Brokers Network; NMRA, New Mexico Restaurant Association-Membership Committee Member 2009; and Vintage Albuquerque Board Member 2001-2007.
