David Fite, Director, joined Maestas and Ward in 2003. David earned his BA in Selling & Sales Management from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, attended high school in Sparta, New Jersey after traveling and moving extensively in the US with his immediate family following his father’s business career.

David’s first career was in the wine & beverage business where he specialized in the on-premise sales for 17 years. Ernest & Julio Gallo Winery and Hiram Walker Beverage Company were two of the national companies David climbed the marketing ladder while traveling to multiple states, representing multiple brands and calling on a number of national restaurant chains. His in-depth knowledge and experience has forged a successful path in providing real estate services for food and beverage concepts.

He excels in retail leasing and has represented a number of landlords and national developers including: Steve Johnson Development, Eisenberg Realty, Weingarten and local developer-Peterson Properties, Daskalos Development, Titan Development & Prime Properties.
David’s current Tenant Representation client’s include the Pappa’s Restaurant Group, Five Guy’s Burgers & Fries, Krispy Kreme , Famous Dave’s BBQ, Weck’s Restaurant’s and Church’s Chicken.

In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his daughters, volunteering at his church, hunting, fishing and mountain biking.
