David Chavez joined Maestas & Ward as an advisor following a very successful residential real estate career in which he was awarded #1 and #2 awards for production and volume, placing him in the top 5% of the company.

As a member of the Maestas & Ward Retail "Tank," David specilaizes in project leasing. He has successfully filled some of the most challenging shopping centers and has handled numerous tenant rollouts in New Mexico.

David graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2001 with a degree in Management Information Systems. His diverse business experience includies software development, project management, training, and sales.
