Martha Carpenter joined Maestas & Ward in 2005, with an extensive background in sales, management, operations and project management. She brings a strong knowledge of the Albuquerque market and real estate trends from 20 years of experience as the Regional Manager for Solitaire Homes. Her primary concentration is in the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties. Martha’s knowledge of business in Albuquerque and outstanding service has created a loyal client base that is already attracting repeat business. Martha is a native of Albuquerque and is active in the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

For two consecutive years, Martha has received the Maestas & Ward Commercial Real Estate award for “Most Completed Transactions” for 2006 and 2007. Martha was also top producer in January 2008.
