Active in commercial real estate since 1999, Keith specializes in leasing and brokerage of office properties and is experienced in representing sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants. Keith obtained his CCIM designation after two years in the business. CCIM designation is acknowledged as the highest professional recognition for commercial/investment practitioners. The CCIM curriculum represents the core knowledge expected from commercial investment practitioners such as financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analaysis. Keith is the immediate pastpresident of the local CCIM chapter .
Keith has developed a broad sense of both behind the scenes investment sales analysis techniques as well as a broad perspective for handling various company personalities. A native of Albuquerque, Keith has aggressively helped build the Maestas & Ward’s Office team.
