Keith translates knowledge of the market into value-added transactions when representing sellers, landlords, buyers and tenants. Keith obtained his CCIM designation after two years in the business. CCIM designation is acknowledged as the highest professional recognition for commercial/investment practitioners. The CCIM curriculum represents the core knowledge expected from commercial investment practitioners such as financial analysis, market analysis, user-decision analysis and investment analysis.
