Wayne Unze, with twenty-seven years of business brokerage, evaluation and consulting experience, has recently joined the Maestas & Ward team. During his career, Unze has overseen more than 850 New Mexico business transactions and has produced more than 6,000 business evaluations. He is the author of dozens of articles dealing with business acquisitions and divestitures and is a noted speaker on the subject. He is also a 706 Expert Witness for court-ordered evaluations.
