Albuquerque is one of the oldest, and fastest growing cities in the country. With 300+ days of sunshine, low taxes, and inexpensive housing, Albuquerque is a great place to start or grow your business. Established over 300 years ago, Albuquerque has a rich transportation, agricultural and multicultural history.

A new industry for Albuquerque is film and telelveion production. Albuquerque Studios, in the developing "green" Mesa del Sol, is a fully-functioning television and movie studio. At least three television series are filming here: "Breaking Bad", "Crash", and "In Plain Sight". Bryan Cranston of Breaking Bad won an emmy for his performance. Myriad movies are also filming in Albuquerque and New Mexico.

Hewlett-Packard is breaking ground in Rio Rancho for a technical support center that eventually could employ 1,300 people. Several hundred employees will be hired when the center opens, and the work force would be rounded out by 2012.

Ever hear of the Space Port? Sir Richard Branson has; and, most likely the first made-for-public space rides will be based out of central New Mexico.

Fidelity Investments has built a 210,000-square-foot operations center at Mesa del Sol, Fidelity, a leading international provider of financial services, is expected to bring about 1,250 jobs to Albuquerque.
